1. Investment made by investor is purely based on Profit Loss sharing basis which may vary between 2% to 2.5 %.

2. Minimum Investment Unit is one Lac PKR which is mandatory to start investment.

3. Selection of project for investment purpose will be the sole right of company management which would not be challengeable however management will carefully evaluate all the risks involved before starting project in best interest of Company & Investors.

4. Minimum Investment Period is 12 Months.

5. First month of investment will be considered as Processing Period and will not be counted in Investment Period.

6. Investor cannot leave before completion of minimum investment period however company have right to allow him to leave evaluating circumstances.

7. Investor can opt to leave any time after completion of minimum investment period, serving an advance notice of 03 months.

8. 0n completion of minimum investment period, investor can sign another contract for two or more years on same terms and conditions.

9. In case of any urgent need, investor can withdraw up to 10% of investment amount as Loan for period of 02 months however this amount will not be counted in profit calculation.
